Delete Your Account
You can request the deletion of your Tamil Jothidar account and associated personal data. Please read the information below before submitting your request.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, date of birth, birth details, profile photo)
- Your wallet and all transaction records
- Your consultation history
- Your reviews and ratings
- Your notifications
- Your device tokens and push notification subscriptions
- Your favourite astrologer list
What We May Retain
Certain data may be retained in anonymized form or as required by law:
- Chat messages — Message content may be retained but your identity will be disassociated (sender set to anonymous)
- Aggregated analytics — Non-identifiable usage statistics
- Legal obligations — Data required for regulatory compliance or dispute resolution
Before You Delete
- Ensure your wallet balance is zero or you have withdrawn remaining funds
- Any ongoing consultations must be completed first
- This action is irreversible — you will not be able to recover your account
- You can create a new account with the same phone number after deletion
Submit Deletion Request
To request account deletion, email us with your registered phone number:

Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: Your registered phone number and the reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request and delete your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
